Control Exterminating provides professional pest control services for residential and commercial properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Service details, pricing, and scope are outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of service.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Control Exterminating, you agree to the following:

• Control Exterminating may send you text messages regarding your service, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
• Message frequency varies — you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

4. Appointment and Cancellation

Service appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as outlined in your service agreement.

By scheduling service, you authorize Control Exterminating technicians to access your property for the purpose of pest control treatment. You are responsible for ensuring access is available at the scheduled time.

6. Preparation Requirements

Effective pest control may require property preparation prior to treatment. Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect treatment effectiveness and may require additional service visits at additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

Control Exterminating's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pest activity or pest control services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Control Exterminating and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
